Property is about people. The right property is just the beginning.
With extensive experience, a genuine passion for people and an in-depth knowledge of the local property market, I bring a personal touch to every property journey. After working in the corporate world of Johannesburg, I moved to the beautiful Western Cape in 2004 and joined Just Letting in Hout Bay, which later became Just Property. Since then, real estate has been about much more than properties — it has been about building relationships, earning trust and helping people make the right property decisions. Now with Harcourts Two Oceans for the last 4 years, I specialise in property rentals and sales in Hout Bay and Llandudno. My approach is simple: listen carefully, communicate openly, work hard and deliver on my promises. I understand that behind every property is a person, a family or a new chapter in life. That is why I believe in service that goes beyond the transaction. I believe that great service is not just about getting the deal done. It is about being there when clients need you, following through and building relationships that last long after the paperwork is signed. As part of the Harcourts Two Oceans team, I look forward to continuing to do what I love — connecting people with properties and delivering a service they can rely on.

My motto: There are no secrets to success. It is determination and commitment. Because property is business, but ultimately, it is always about people.

Brenda was extremely professional and handled my application very quickly.

As a rule and as a landlord, we always use the services of an Estate Agent to find and deal with tenants. Over the last few years Brenda Riddell has been our agent of choice. We find her reliable, experienced and very professional. Recently, with Harcourts, she has excelled. To be a landlord is, at time, very stressing but Brenda has always helped us to cope. We highly recommend her.

Brenda Riddell helped me from Harcourts to find my apartment. She is a professional, patient woman who gets to know her clients needs and requirements and found me a perfect match for what I needed. She’s been my go to person with loose ends after my move which were resolved so professionally and politely. Thank you Brenda! A definite gem to work with in today’s harsh property section where clients are treated as numbers. Brenda SEES her clients. Thank you.
